Pet Poo Pickups FAQ’s

What services do you offer?

We offer residential and commercial pet waste removal services. This includes your home, or businesses like HOA’s, apartment complexes, and doggy daycare’s. We offer twice a week cleanups, once a week, bi-weekly, and one time cleanups.

What if my gate is locked when you arrive?

We do our best to let you know the approximate time we will arrive for your service. If we are unable to access your yard, we will not “hop your fence”. We will attempt to contact you to unlock it and, worst case scenario, we will reschedule your service.

Will you come during bad weather?

We work in the rain, snow, sleet, heat, and cold. However, if there are severe storms expected then we will either wait for it to pass or reschedule your service.

Do I need to be home during the service?

It is not required for you to be home when we complete your service. As long as we have access to the yard, we clean up the poo! And yes, if you have a gate, we will lock it back up for you.

Do you background check your tech’s?

Yes we complete full background checks of our poo technicians.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes we do. Any active-duty, reserve, veterans, and first responders receive a 15% off discount.

Can my dog(s) be outside while you are there?

Of course! We LOVE dogs and we are excited to meet yours. However, if your dogs aren’t that great with strangers, we would like you to keep them in so we can have a controlled environment to meet your pup.
